We are experts in project delivery, excelling at multiple projects on a national basis for retailers and have delivered very large programmes, working with our high street client teams to ensure all surveys, drawings, designs, planning, approvals, CDM, tendering, engagements, procurement, cost control, onsite monitoring & project management is catered for & in-hand.

We are also used to delivering NHS projects. Everything from single clinical rooms to full hospital refurbishments. We have a broad knowledge of all NHS property types and requirements & have specialised in the mental healthcare sector for many years.

Commercial projects are second nature to us also, everything from office design & layouts to large scale organisational movements. Mezzanine layouts, breakout rooms, agile working spaces, car parking & landscaping, factories, laboratories, clean spaces, warehouses, and then some… (we’ve been busy over the years!)

Project management is a skill, it’s something we’ve learnt to do well over the last 35years.

It starts way before the construction phase, back when the project is in the design phase.

It is all about understanding what needs to be achieved, how it needs to be achieved, and when it needs to be achieved by. From this you need to get organised, very organised. Put all your processes in place & get to know the key people that will make the project(s) come to life. Talk with them, find out what they need to achieve and the mutual desired goal.

A good project team is key to successful delivery, look at the track record of the people you engage with, their experience, what they have done, who they have worked with and the types of projects they have delivered. (There’s little point getting a bricklayer to deliver a shop-fit).
Work with them all ‘as one’ ensuring the project sticks to a solid Programme of works.
Monitor&feedback to your client team as the project unfolds.
